Brief Introduction
Anhui Engineering University is a provincial multi-disciplinary higher education institution focusing on engineering and a key construction institution in Anhui Province. It is a university for the national basic capacity building project of universities in the central and western regions, a national intellectual property reform pilot university, and a comprehensive university in Anhui Province. The school has 17 secondary colleges and continuing education colleges including the School of Mechanical Engineering. Relying on new engineering majors such as robotic engineering, data science and big data technology, artificial intelligence, and intelligent science and technology, the school is the first to establish an Artificial Intelligence College among universities in Anhui Province.
The school actively carries out scientific research. In the past three years, it has been approved for more than 60 national-level scientific research projects and more than 450 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects.
