Shenyang University is a full-time general higher education institution approved by the Ministry of Education and recruiting students nationwide. The history of the school can be traced back to Fengtian Industrial School established in 1905 and Xinmin Public School established in 1906. At present, the school has developed into a comprehensive university with undergraduate education as the main body, as well as doctoral and master’s degree education, continuing education, and international student education.
